  • Prices are subject to change without notice and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We accept payments through secure channels including M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
  • Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Free delivery within Nairobi CBD.
  • A standard delivery charge of KES 500 applies to areas outside Nairobi CBD.
  • We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection and approved returns.

6. Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage.
  • It does not cover:
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse or unauthorized repairs
    • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • To claim warranty service, contact our support team with proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Top World Electronics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Top World Electronics and protected under copyright laws.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
